This weekend is the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. Since 1957, Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving every year, in the second Monday of October. This year that is October 10th, 2011. It’s a good time for families to come together.
Thanksgiving in Canada falls on the same day as Columbus Day in the United States. Thanksgiving is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States.
