If you have a G+ Adventist page, you can make it more easily known using one or more of the methods listed below.

1. Use one of these hash tags in your page posts: #AdventistPage or #AdventistPages

2. Add your page to the “Adventists on G+” Directory at http://GPlusAdventist.com . Copy the Google+ ID for your newly created G+ Adventist page and insert it into our #gplusadventist Directory. To add your personal profile into Directory you can insert your personal G+ ID or “Signup with Google”.

3. Follow +Lucian Mihailescu and +Intercer Adventist News for the latest updates about #AdventistPages.

4. Get our Adventist Pages circle periodically. See an example here: “AdventistPages circle”

Add yourself to the Directory

You can add yourself using your Google+ ID or using the “Sign in with Google” button.

For now we show your Google+ name, picture and tagline in the directory. Your name and picture are linked to your Google+ profile, so other people can contact you there.

To edit your tagline and make it visible edit your Google+ profile. Tagline is located right under your name, as shown in the image below. Set the visibility to ”Anyone on the web” to make your tagline public. This way your tagline will also show in our directory.

Search the Directory

You can search by name, tagline or gender (male, female). Also you can remove the search filter by clicking the x button showing the current filter.

Remove yourself from the Directory

If at a later time you decide to remove yourself from the directory, you can do so by signing in with Google and then clicking the x button beside your name.

You can read our Privacy Policy using the link at the bottom of our directory website pages.

Later on we may add more features to the Adventist on Google+ Directory, based on the people’s interest for it and available funding.

GORDON PIFHER ACCEPTS CALL TO NPUC

Dan Jackson, President of the North American Division (NAD), announced August 11, 2011- “Gordon Pifher, President of the British Columbia Conference, has accepted an invitation of the North Pacific Union Conference Executive Committee to become Director of Stewardship, Leadership and Creative Ministries.

Mark Johnson, President of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Canada states “Gordon Pifher has served with energy and enthusiasm in every assignment he has taken on and British Columbia has been no exception. His absence will be felt in Canada. We wish Gordon and Marie Heaven’s richest blessing as they move into this new phase of their ministry.”

Those of us who work with Elder Pifher will miss him and his enthusiasm for fulfilling the Gospel Commission. British Columbia has become one of the fastest growing conferences with amount the highest weekly  attendance in North America.
